 I referred to you families in prison and families recognized by social services. Most families are blessed with many children and cannot buy essential products for daily living. You answered every request positively, whilst your representative does her work beautifully and with kindness. With much respect:

On the Eve of the Holiday, when everyone is ready with the Four Species and plentiful food, our house was empty and our hearts full of sorrow. Our children kept on asking when we will go and choose an Etrog and waited to smell the Holiday cooking. But we didn't have from where…in one moment everything changed. Your wonderful messengers stood at our entrance with boxes filled with goods, a beautiful set of species, meat, fish, vegetables and fruit! In your merit we had a very special and happy Holiday!!!
